1. How long do I have to wait to get matched with a photographer?
1-2 business days! We want to make sure that you get matched with a photographer who suits your needs.
2. Who are your photographers?
We only work with local and professional photographers who are vetted by the highest standards.
3. What if my photographer cancels or reschedules?
While this is a possibility, rest assured that we will match you with another, equally as skilled, photographer.
4. How far in advance can I book a photographer?
You may book a service up to 90 days in advance.
5. What kinds of photos can I have taken?
We do all kinds of photography within reason. This includes baby, maternity, engagement, event, family, fashion, food, graduation, party, pet, product, real estate, travel, sport, wedding, and others upon request.
6. Do you offer video services?
We do offer video services upon request.
7. Who owns the copyright?
You own full copyright for the images in your gallery. This means you can use, reproduce, and publish your photos however you’d like (including for commercial purposes)!
1. How do I book?
Tell us when, where, and what kind of shoot you’ll need, and we’ll match you with the appropriate photographer.
2. When do I pay?
We will confirm your payment details upon sending a request, but you won’t be charged until your request has been accepted!
3. How do I pay?
We accept payments through Paypal or bank deposit. We will send you the payment options once your booking is confirmed.
4. Can I book a shoot for the next day?
For emergency bookings at the last minute, we strongly advise you to give us a call. We may be able to accommodate your request subject to our photographers’ availabilities.
5. What if I want to have photos taken in multiple locations?
Travel time is included in the time allotted to you upon booking, and you’re welcome to spend it as you please. However, transportation and costs for the photographer and his equipment are borne by the client. Please also bear in mind that it takes some time for the photographer to set up at each new location.
6. What if I’m running late for my photoshoot?
Please coordinate with your photographer regarding the details of your arrival time. If the photographer has another appointment after your scheduled shoot, the photographer has the right to end the shoot at the time originally scheduled.
7. Can I cancel my booking?
You may cancel free of charge at least 7 days before your shoot. If you cancel within 7 days of your shoot your payment cannot be refunded.
8. Can I change my booking?
You may only change the date and time once per booking and with at least a 24-hour notice. You may coordinate the changes with the photographer assigned to you.
9. Can I extend my shoot?
Yes, provided that the photographer is available to keep shooting. To do this, you’ll need to send us written confirmation either by email, SMS, or live chat letting us know that you consent to the extension. You will be invoiced for the extra amount of time.
10. When will I get my photos?
Your photos will be available in your gallery between 2-3 business days after the shoot.
